Covers architectural standards, build timelines, HOA obligations, landscaping requirements, and use restrictions for all lots.
Key Highlights
- All new construction, additions, fences, and outbuildings require HOA / developer approval and must meet design standards specified within the covenants.
- Fences must be pre-approved and professionally installed. Wood and chain-link fences are not permitted.
- Lake lots must maintain designated beach areas following landscaping and spacing requirements.
- All lots are designated for residential use only.
