HOA Overview
All property owners are automatically members of the HOA, with rights and responsibilities tied to ownership. The HOA manages common areas, including the lake, beach, green spaces, sidewalks, and shared amenities.
Annual HOA Dues
Annual dues will begin January 1, 2027. Projected dues are $500 annually for water lots, $250 annually for non-water lots. Dues are subject to change per board directive.

Builders
Owners may bring their own licensed, insured builder or choose from our list of featured builders who are familiar with the development standards.
Build Timeline
Preferred build timeline is within two years of purchase of the lot. All home and lot improvement plans are subject to developer approval. Lot owners are responsible for maintaining their lot prior to building.
Utilities
City water & sewer, natural gas, electric, and fiber-optic internet are available to all lots. Utility stub-ins are the builder's responsibility.
